If your handcrafted item doesn't perfectly fit your space, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of delivery.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage the product in its original shipping materials, ensuring all hardware, instructions, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects the item for original condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
